Javier Low, Founder and Chef

Having started off at Iggy's at the age of 16, Javier inherited the recipe for a restaurant's success - passion, creativity and consistency. He hungers for knowledge and always strives to become better. When he turned 25, he left for Kyoto in order to master the unique Kyoto-European style.

Upon returning to Singapore, Javier ran a dedicated one-man kitchen serving omakase menus. Within a year, his distinct Japanese-European cuisine captured the attention of loyal foodies and the local media. With his move to bigger premises at Bugis Cube, Javier promises to serve up a complete dining experience to his guests.

Please indicate your dietary restrictions upon making your reservation. Do kindly note that we may not be able to entertain every dietary restriction or fulfill any last minute changes to the menu.

6-8 Private Dining Room (Minimum Spending Required)

Please do try to make it on time for reservations, as it may affect our team and other guests. Do also kindly note that as we have two seatings a night, we require our seats back from the first seating at 8.15pm.


$50 per pax will be charged for no shows or cancellations made 72 hours before actual reservation date.
